Generating Reports for Liberty

  1. Select “Reporting” on the top

  2. Select “Rx Data View”

  3. Right Click Top Row on the Header

  4. Select "Column Chooser”

  5. Add requested Seguridad Data Elements

  • Customer ID
  • Date Dispensed
  • Drug Name
  • Drug NDC
  • Customer DOB
  • Customer Age
  • ICD10 Code
  • ICD10 Description
  • Origin Code
  • Customer Allergies
  • Customer Weight
  • Customer SrCr
  • Day Supply
  • Quantity Dispensed
  • Sigs
  • Customer Address
  • Customer City
  • Customer State
  • Customer Zip
  • Customer Species
  • Customer Gender
  • Customer Race 
  • Customer Ethnicity

  1. Use ‘Advance’Advanced’ to update the time range using the "custom" feature to provide the corresponding date range.

  2. SaveUse Asthe "Export button" to save as an Excel document on DesktopDesktop. Name accordingly.
